In version 2.3.7.2, when a selection finishes playing when hitting the back button on firestick the screen goes blank and the app locks up.
You have to use the home key and start the app over again.

The Seasons Pack will NOT Install even after clearing out the Phone Cache, Rebooting the Phone, as well as Fully Powering Down the Phone for 2 minutes, and then turning it on.
If there’s Any other Installation after Seasons Pack to Install, it’s unknown since I can’t get past the Seasons Pack.

Every time I try to install an update, the process starts, then it tells me there is already an existing version of Cinema HD and will not load or overwrite the older version. The only way I can get the new update is to delete/uninstall the older version then reinstall the newer version, but I lose all saved favorites at this point. Am I doing something wrong by just clicking the message to install the update from the new update message??

Help…i’m using the most current Cinema V2.3.6.1. Since we changed over I cannot delete any of the programs I have listed in my favorites. Is there a fix to this? Thank you….been using Cinema for a few years now and never had this problem.

You can try deleting the app’s data by visiting Settings → Applications → Cinema HD V2. From there, tap on “Clear Storage”.

I’m doing that…it says removed from favorites but when i go back the programs are still there. I’ve had to delete everything and re-enter the ones i want to say in the favorites. tried again but still not deleting individual programs. I hope a new version comes up soon with this fix.

also why the buffering? we have to switch to another link, sometimes several times, and each time we have to go through the ads, force stop and re-enter. (we have 200mps with Chromecast).
please get us an ad-free version, it would be worth the money.

I can never remove any movie from the Favorites section.
I De-select the “Heart” and Re-Start the apk, but the movies are still in the Favorites.

I like Cinema, however, there are some things I would like to improve or fix. First, under Favorites, I would like to see the TV & MOVIE titles sorted alphabetically automatically. I know you can do it manually, but it is a pain and it will not stay sorted if you get out and go back into favorites. Next, you need to fix the program from freezing or locking up when either the TV or movie finishes. I have to get out completely, then start the program again. One more thing, It’s not sinking very good with Trakt.

I downloaded the new update for cinema HD 2.3.5 the night it was released on my firestick But when I tried to play my first tv show by clicking the stream it immediately went back to the item I selected. and that’s all it does. I uninstalled it and re-installed it but it still doesn’t work. It’s too bad the 24-hour support they have doesn’t do anything. Help anyone?

I’m having the same issue. Been using Cinema HD for 3 years…Everything was working fine until I updated. I tried looking up the ‘how tos’ to fix the problem, and still no help. Frustration is setting in. I can’t even find an older version to download. I’m just chasing my own tail on the help sites. I’m wondering if it’s because my Firestick is 3 years old. Hopefully, someone sees our comments and is actually able to give us some answers.

Same issue here. I just deleted and re-installed the app and it made zero difference. I used to get 20 some options for viewing anything I was looking at, but now it does 1 – 5options at best—and you can not view them. I have looked all over the net and no one has a fix. I am hoping Cinema is looking into this. Like you, I have been using them since Terrarium went done. We could be looking at Cinema now also.

I am having trouble downloading the content of TV shows. I click on the download streaming thread. The next window shows me how big the file is, the name of the content with a blinking cursor at the end, and then says 3 threads. Nothing more. No button to press to download.

There is a button. It is just invisible for some reason. I had the same problem. Try clicking in the bottom or bottom-right of the pop up box. The button is where you would expect it to be. Just can’t see it.
